Since it always sparks "What, when?" comments whenever it's mentioned: yes, Young X-Men is cancelled. They announced it in Marvel Previews by putting a big "FINAL ISSUE" banner over the solicitation for issue #12, which didn't appear in the online solicitations (presumably because it's not part of the text file).
